About Me
Hi, I'm Ryan
I know what it takes to thrive in these roles because I've lived them. For 15 years, I have sat in the seat that I am now hiring for.
I worked as an Executive Assistant supporting high-profile leaders and HNWIs across the EMEA, US, and China. After spending many years supporting Lee Schuneman at Microsoft, I followed Lee to his new presidency role at EF. Following redundancy due to the pandemic, I had a brief stint with Josh Wood before joining the incredible Eric Min, CEO of Zwift, whom I supported from the UK while he was based in California.
After Eric, I had the pleasure of supporting brilliant Sam Gill, Founder of Sylvera, until his relocation to NYC. Following a move to Manchester, I began working with the inspiring Richard West at Red Flag Alert, where I played a key role in his GTM strategy overhaul in collaboration with Revelesco, and it's where the idea for my own startup was born.
I've been in the seat, owned the board packs, ran the business, navigated the pressure, and built the systems that keep leaders moving. Now, through Second Brain Talent, I help businesses hire world-class support and empower ambitious assistants to grow into their next chapter.
